We are happy to report that Vinnie got his Master Excellent
Jumpers and Master Agility Excellent titles this spring.
Stoney is hard at work on his MACH 3.
Gracie is doing great with her agility training. She is
awesome. She is also pointed and was Reserve winners at
the
Regional Specialty.
We kept it in the family as her sister, Tilde, owned and bred
by Rory and Linda Friedow and co-bred by Jacqui Fredricks
was Winner's bitch.
Prairie LaBarge Devil N Charge OA, OAJ co-owned and
trained by Robin Comp-Zelles was Reserve Winners Dog
both days. Charger is sired by Darin.
Pagan was Best Veteran in Sweepstakes.
5-09 Sofi won open B in a run off with Dave Gannon. 198 1/2.
High in trial, 14 OTCH points and her 7th UDX leg! She is now
up to 24 points and has that open B win out of the way! Way
to go girls!
Ch. Prairie's Smoking Gun UD owned by PJ Laursen now has
6 High in Trials and just got his UD in 4 shows. He is sired by
our wonderful Darin and bred by Jill Morstad. He will be 3
years old in June.

Sept. 09~Toula had a great herding weekend, Saturday
she took second place in started ducks. Today she
won stared ducks with a 89 1/2, placed third in started
sheep w/a 91, a 1/2 point behind reserve HIT. She won
High combined sheep and ducks.
10/09 Sofi and Liz had a fantastic weekend! She had 6 runs,
6 Q's, 3 placements(2nd, 4th and 5th), 2 titles(AKC Advanced
A & B) and championship legs on her 2 AHBA runs.
Which gave Quila the last 2 points she needed to earn her P-Bar!
Toula finishes the year as # 5 Herding Tervuren for 2009
PJ and Coltie won another HIT with a grand total of 9 HIT's.
They also picked up 27 OTCH points this past weekend alone,
bringing his total to 64. He is #3 in the ABTC Obedience 2009

We are happy to announce our boy Charger, Prairie LaBarge Devil N Charge
CD,AX,AXJ has added Champion to his name. He finished this last weekend in
Elgin IL. He is owned and trained by Robin Comp-Zelles and co-owned with
Shirley. Proud breeder is Jill Morstad with her lovely girl, Lark. Proud Dad is
Darin. This litter of 4 is only 4 years old and already sports a MACH, an OTCH,
a HIT, 3 Champions, the other guy could have finished easily but his owner
chose agility for her weekends with him and he got his MACH before he was 4
years old.
Great news, PJ got her OTCH on Saturday in AL. Colt is now

His record has been remarkable -- from the CD to the OTCh in 18 months and
that includes the down time PJ had while they moved from Michigan to
Tennessee. And Colt is not yet four years old.

are sired by Darin. Other Kids, Charger and Quinn are doing great things also.

Sofi picked up 3 Q's in Utility and one 4th (against really good competition since
it was a regional) and True went Winners Dog all 3 days, plus Best of Winners
Friday and today for 3 singles which puts him up to 4 points! He showed well all
3 days in a very busy show site against mostly adult dogs! Both dogs handled
everything well.

Monday she had a 4th in Novice Standard for her first leg. Tuesday she had
a 2nd in Open JWW for her first leg. Wednesday she had a qualifying run in
Utility with a 190.5.
Liz's True placed 4th in puppy sweeps and 3rd in 6-9 puppy at the National
Lorie's "Racer" was first in the 6-9 month puppy class and Best of
Opposite Sex to Best in Sweepstakes.
He then took a 2nd place in the regular 6-9 month puppy class.
Both puppies showed great.
Shay qualified in Novice Fast to finish her title.She also qualified in
Excellent Standard in 4th place and got 8 MACH points. She now needs 2
legs for her MX.
PJ's Coltie placed first (198) and second (197) in the non regular classes,
wild card Utility and Open. He qualified in Open B with a 196. He only
needs 5 more points for his OTCH.
